The one hour healing session is scheduled and the time and date posted online for each full moon; should you choose to lie down and relax, meditate, or you can continue your day to day routine without interruption.

The Reiki Crystal grid will be charged each Full Moon Portal to stay aligned to the theme, your Personal Statement and the collective's energy. Each month I tune into the Astrology of the Full Moon and the energy of the lunar cycle, bringing this together with the patterns I notice in my own journey and in sessions with clients. I feel into the guidance, lessons, and themes—so you have a clear energetic guide to navigate the weeks ahead in the lunar cycle. The monthly Themes aren’t just about insight for daily life—they’re also used within the Full Moon Remote Reiki Healing and activated within the 24/7 Crystal Reiki Grid to amplify your goals, intentions, and soul desires, or Personal Statement.
Exercises and tips will be given throughout if you wish to further enhance your soul re-learning and expansion.

The Full Moon & Moon Cycle
- The full moon works with the universe’s natural rhythm rather than against it. The full moon supercharges intentions as the moon's energy peaks. It amplifies psychic sensitivity and alignment with divine timing and supports clearing blocks that hinder manifestation.
- Using the cycle of the moon to manifest: The moon governs emotions, intuition, and energetic flow. The full moon is a powerful point for release, illumination, and magnetism. It brings clarity and energy amplification.
- The grid is set up for the entirety of the moon’s cycle, so as well as the Full Moon it goes through the New Moon (a good time to set your new intentions for your Personal Statement), the Waxing Moon (building energy, working on action steps, momentum, and self belief), and the Waning Moon (For cleansing, letting go and refining your goals).
